Co-Founder, President & CTO
Michelle Jackson
An executive product leader with two decades of experience turning complex, high-stakes markets into software people trust — and the operational backbone of Jackson Solution Works.
Michelle Jackson is a co-founder of Jackson Solution Works and serves as its President and Chief Technology Officer. She leads the building of the product and the running of the business — turning field-tested ideas into a real product, a real company, and a dependable experience for the customers who count on it.
Over more than twenty years, Michelle has built her career as an executive product leader across leading insurtech and HR-technology SaaS companies. She has a rare talent for taking the kind of problems most people avoid — ambiguous markets, high-stakes accuracy, dense regulation — and converting them into clear product strategy, scalable platforms, and durable growth. Along the way she has built and scaled multimillion-dollar SaaS product portfolios from concept to significant recurring revenue, led double-digit year-over-year growth, driven pricing and packaging strategy, and folded acquired products into larger businesses — often in private-equity-backed environments where every product decision is tied directly to enterprise value.
She is known for sharp pattern recognition, decisive prioritization, and moving teams from ambiguity to commercial action. In one turnaround, she took executive ownership of a stalled product and lifted its accuracy from roughly 50% to more than 90% in ten weeks through rapid experimentation and tighter operating discipline. She continues to work at the frontier of the field, most recently completing MIT Professional Education's program in agentic AI for organizational transformation, with a focus on AI governance and responsible AI in regulated software. A graduate of Rockford University with a B.A. in Spanish and Political Science, she is fluent in both English and Spanish.
At Jackson Solution Works, Michelle brings that enterprise-grade discipline to a different kind of customer: the small and mid-size trade businesses the company is built to serve. Jackson Solution Works makes narrow, purpose-built tools for contractors and crews, starting with ScopeAccord, which helps a contractor and their customer agree on a job's scope before the work begins. Michelle's role is to make sure the company runs like the products it ships: focused, dependable, and genuinely useful to the people on the job site. Where Nate brings the expertise of the trade, Michelle brings the product and operational leadership that turns it into a business.
"Great field expertise deserves great software behind it. My job is to make sure the company runs like the products we ship — focused, dependable, and actually useful on the job site."
